The six LEDs on the front panel of the M6 501P
represent 6 audio channels: L, R, C, SL, SR, SW
(otherwise known as 5.1). If a particular channel
is active in narrow bandwidth mode the LED will
light up in GREEN. A RED colour LED means that
the particular channel also carries bass signals
below 120Hz.
If you have small satellite speakers, ensure
Speaker Mode indicates GREEN for the
necessary speakers. RED is only for speakers
capable of signals below 120Hz.
Speaker Mode
By pressing the CEN Button the center channel will be switched on/off and the LCD will display
following the information:
