Service, Supplies, and Repairs
Service and Repairs: When you experience a problem with the copier,
you may be able to quickly resolve the problem by following the suggested
solutions listed in the Troubleshooting section of this manual.
If you are unable to resolve the problem, contact your Konica service
representative. Before calling, be sure to have the following information
readily available: the model number and serial number of the copier, a
description of the problem, and any machine codes displayed on the
control panel.
For easy reference, enter the name and telephone number of your
Konica representative and the model and serial number of your copier
below.
