INJURY WHEN UNPACKING THE HEDGE TRIMMER,

A. Short Shaft Models

1. Your Little Wonder hedge trimmer has been mostly

assembled for you at the factory. No tools are required to
complete the assembly.

2. Pull the spring pin up on the cutter head assembly and

slide it onto the shaft lining up the drive shaft.

3. When the drive shaft is properly aligned, the spring pin of

the cutter head will drop into the hole on the shaft.

4. Pull on the gearbox to make sure the pin is engaged with

the hole on the shaft. Failure to engage the gearbox to the
shaft completely could cause damage to your hedge
trimmer.

Tighten the round knob.

6. The handles have been assembled at the factory and set

according to the average size man. The loop handle can be
adjusted to the operator’s preference by simply loosening
the screws and sliding them up or down the shaft.

B. Long Shaft Models

1. Your Little Wonder hedge trimmer has been mostly

assembled for you at the factory. No tools are required to
complete the assembly.

2. Pull the spring pin up on the 24" shaft assembly and slide

it onto the shaft lining up the drive shaft.

3. When the drive shaft is properly aligned, the spring pin of

the 24" shaft will drop into the hole on the 36" shaft.

4. Pull the spring pin up on the cutter head assembly and

slide it onto the 24" shaft lining up the drive shaft.

5. When the drive shaft is properly aligned, the spring pin of

the cutter head will drop into the hole on the shaft.

6. Pull on the gearbox to make sure the pin is engaged with

the hole on the shaft. Failure to engage the gearbox to the
shaft completely could cause damage to your hedge
trimmer.

7. Tighten the round knob.
