A. Fuel Mixture

Your Little Wonder Extended Reach Hedge Trimmer is
powered by an KOMATSU ZENOAH Model G24LSI which is
a two stroke, air cooled engine requiring a fuel mixture of
gasoline and lubricating oil.

1. Important Engine Information

This unit is certified to operate on approved two-stroke
fuel (a mixture of 2-stroke oil and gasoline).

2. Fuel Statement

These engines are certified to operate on unleaded
gasoline. Make sure to use a gasoline with a minimum
octane number of 90 ROZ (USA/Canada: pump octane
min. 87). Unleaded gasoline is recommended to reduce the
contamination of the air for the sake of your health and the
environment. Poor quality gasoline or oils may damage
sealing rings, fuel lines or fuel tank of the engine.

3. Two-Stroke Oil

Use only Komatsu Zenoah 50:1 2 stroke oil. If it is not
available, use an anti-oxidant added quality oil expressly
labeled for air cooled 2 cycle engine use. (JASO FC grade
oil or ISO EGC Grade.)

4

For engine life, avoid:

Operating engine without 2-stroke oil mixed with
gasoline - It will cause severe damage to the internal
engine parts.

• Gasohol It can cause deterioration of rubber and/or
plastic parts and disruption of engine lubrication.

• Using oil for 4-cycle engines or water cooled 2-cycle
engines - It can cause spark plug fouling, exhaust port
blocking, and piston ring sticking.
