product's serial number and version number. Both numbers are printed on the
original disks. The version number is also indicated in the System Menu => About
Configurator menu item.

computer.

exact wording of any message that appears on your screen.
• What happened and what did you do when the problem occurred?
• How did you attempt to solve the problem?
