Calling back from the Caller ID list
You can easily call back a telephone number recorded in the Caller ID list.
Important:
● This feature is not available in the following cases.
— The telephone number includes data other than numbers (e.g.
or #).
— The telephone number information was not received.
To edit 10 digit telephone numbers
into one of 4 patterns on the main unit
Press in step 2 to select a pattern.
Each time you press , the number will be arranged into
one of 4 different patterns.

Note:
● You can send a fax by pressing
with a document on the document feeder tray after
step 3.
● If a telephone number is not displayed when pressing
, you cannot call back that caller. NAME/TEL NO.
