Inserting the Battery
[Preparation]
• Set the power switch to [OFF].
1 Slide the lever in the direction of the
arrow to open the battery door.
2 Insert the battery all the way in, until
it is locked.
3 Close the battery door.
4 Slide the lever to lock the battery
door.
[Removing the battery]
1 Slide the lever in the direction of the
arrow to open the battery door.
2 Press the lock 1 in the direction of
the arrow to remove the battery.
3 Close the battery door.
4 Slide the lever to lock the battery
door.
• If you will not be using the camera for a long
time, remove the battery. (When you insert the
battery again, set the date)
• Before removing the battery from the camera, set
the power switch to [OFF].
• The battery supplied with this camera is
exclusively designed for this camera. Do not use
with any other equipment.
CAUTION
Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly
replaced. Replace only with the same or
equivalent type recommended by the
manufacturer. Dispose of used batteries
according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
