Deleting Images
Images recorded on the card can be deleted.
Once deleted, images cannot be recovered.
[Preparations]
• Set the operational mode dial to playback [ ].
• When an image is protected, it cannot be
deleted. Cancel the protect setting. (P69)
[Delete single image] A
1 Press the [MENU] button.
2 Press 3/4 to select [DELETE] and
press 1.
3 Select [SINGLE] and press 1.
4 Press 2/1 to select the image to be
deleted.
5 Press the [REVIEW/SET] button.
• The selected image is deleted.
6 Press the [MENU] button twice.
• The menu will disappear.

It is possible to delete up to 50 images all at
once.
1 Press the [MENU] button.
2 Press 3/4 to select [DELETE] and
then press 1.
3 Press 3/4 to select [MULTI] and
then press 1.
4 Press 2/1 to select the images to be
deleted and then press 3 to confirm
this setting.
• The selected images are displayed with
[ ]. Pressing 4, the setting is cancelled.
5 Press the [REVIEW/SET] button.
• The selected multi images are deleted all at
once.
6 Press the [MENU] button twice.
• The menu will disappear.
