Adding Audio to Recorded Pictures
(Audio Dubbing)

It is possible to add a 10-second narration to
a recorded picture.

[Preparations]

• Set the operational mode dial to playback [

].

• Select the picture to which you want to add

audio.

Press the [MENU] button.

Press

3/4 to select [AUDIO DUB.]

and then press

By pressing the [REVIEW/SET]
button, audio recording starts.

• When audio has already been recorded,

after the audio dubbing the original audio is
overwritten.

• When audio has already been recorded, this

message is displayed “OVERWRITE AUDIO
DATA?”. Then press

3/4 to select [YES]

and after pressing the [REVIEW/SET]
button, the audio recording starts.

By pressing the [REVIEW/SET]
button, the audio recording stops.

• Even if you do not press the [REVIEW/SET]

button, after about 10 seconds the audio
recording stops automatically.

Press the [MENU] button twice.

• The menu will disappear.

• The audio dubbing cannot be used with pictures

with the quality set to TIFF [

].

• The audio dubbing cannot be used with motion

images.
