Installation of the AG-VE70
The AG-VE70 is a 3D effect board that enables the 3D patterns, etc. of the AG-MX70 to be used.
Follow the procedure below to install it.

Always consult your dealer or authorized service center regarding installation of the AG-VE70 in the AG-MX70.

1) Turn off the power of the AG-MX70, remove the ten
screws from the bottom panel, and detach the top
part including the LCD. Refrain from using any force
to pull the top part away from the bottom part since
the two parts are still connected by cables.
2) Remove the 20 screws, and remove the shield plate.
3) Refer to the figure on the left, and insert the AG-
VE70.
4) Remove the five screws provided on the five
hexagonal posts in the center of the motherboard.
(Refer to the figure on page 100.)
5) In the same way, plug the cable attached to the AG-
VE70 into the AG-MX70. Route the wires while
carefully ensuring that they do not make contact with
the transition lever unit.
6) Secure the five screws which were removed in step
4) .
7) Secure the screws which were removed in steps 2)
and 1).
