• Email addresses, and fax numbers can be searched.
• Select “Local” to return to the address book search screen.
• If there are more than 100 matches, a dialog box opens
asking you if you want to continue new search. Select “Yes”
to continue searching. To abort the search with 100 matches,
select “No”.
• A message appears if an error occurs while searching.
• To add the found Email Address into the address book, select
“Add to Local”. Enter the entry name, and then select “OK”.
Select desired field button,
and confirm destinations.
