Facsimile Features

General Description

Your fax machine has special Program keys. These keys are useful if you frequently need to send, or poll the same group of
stations. You can use these keys to assign registered Address Book stations as a group keys, a sequence of stations to be
polled, a deferred transmission sequence, or an additional address book entry.

Using the Keyboard

To input capital letter.

To input numbers, and symbols mark.

To move the cursor (_) to the left, or right side.

To erase the character before the cursor.

NOTE

1. Press “03 Modify Group Dial” or “04 Delete Program/GRP” to edit/delete a Group Dialling, or a

Program Dial.

2. The Group Dialling, and Program Key cannot be changed or erased until the communication has finished.

To change, or erase the settings, cancel the communication first by Edit File Mode.
