“ Automatic Answering Operation
Call Monitoring Feature (Base\Unit)
While a call is being recorded, you can monitor it through the speaker.
≥ To increase the speaker volume, press (‹) . To decrease, press (›) .
To answer the call with the base unit, lift the handset or press
(DIGITAL\SP-PHONE) . For the cordless handset, press . The unit
stops recording.
If the call monitoring feature is not required, turn the feature OFF by
programming. Your phone comes from factory set to “ON”.
Make sure the base unit and cordless handset are not being used.
1 Press (FUNCTION/EDIT) .
2 Scroll to “ Set answering ” by pressing
(›) or (‹) .
3 Press (fl) ( Yes key).
4 Scroll to “ Call monitoring ”
by pressing (›) or (‹) .
5 Press (fl) ( Yes key).
≥ The current setting is displayed.
6 Select “ On ” or “ Off ” by pressing (›) or (‹) .
