To determine caller ID information with touchtone keys
If your organization does not receive caller ID information
from your phone service provider, your system can be set
up to ask callers to enter their phone number before their
call is transferred to your extension. See your system man-
ager for more information.
You can press touchtone keys to hear caller ID informa-
tion. Or, depending on your phone system, you can use
Soft Keys on your phone to determine caller ID informa-
tion, if available. See “

U SING YOUR PHONE
1 Call the voice messaging system. If asked, enter your personal ID
and security code.
2 Press to check new messages, or press to check old
messages. Follow the system instructions. Press for Yes,
for No until you select the message you want.
3 Press to hear the phone number of the person who left a
message, if available.
