For the internal hard disk drive

1. Click Start
→
Settings
→
Printers and Faxes .
2. Highlight the printer name and click File then Properties .
3. Click the Device Settings tab.
4. Under Installable Options , make sure the setting in the Hard
Disk drop-down list is Installed .

5. Click OK and close the Printers and Faxes dialog box.
