Ribbon Tensioner
Black plastic band
4. Remove the black plastic band that is
used to fasten the Ribbon Tensioner of
the Upper Unit.
5. Press the Front Cover Unlock button and open the Front Cover frontward.
6. Lift the Media Holder Plate. Remove the Print Head Protective Sheet.
7. Push up the Upper Unit Unlock Lever to unlock the Upper Unit.
