3. Slide the adapter bracket and connector assem-
bly over the guide pins of the trip unit bracket.
Press the two steel push nuts provided onto the
guide pins using a nut driver, as shown in Figure
37, until the assembly is held firmly against the
trip unit mounting plate.
4. While holding the adapter bracket and connector
assembly firmly in place against the mounting
plate, bend the two locking tabs on the mounting
plate into the mating notches on the adapter
bracket using a screwdriver, as shown in Figure
38.
