3.3.3 Network Loss
Network loss (ERR5) occurs when the COMM OK led is not on. There are a few reasons that cause this
condition. The following table lists the most common reasons for a network loss (ERR5) condition:

1 Genius cable broken or not connected
2 The Global and Directed data lengths do NOT match
the settings in the GBC.
3 The PLC is not in RUN mode.
