INFORMATION ON PRESERVING FOODS

Vacuum packing is a preservation method which is ideal for preserving fresh foods, but it should always be combined with a low
temperature storage in the fridge, freezer or icebox.
Fresh fish, seafood and minced meats, when vacuum packed, must be stored in the freezer not in the fridge.
Before vacuum packing food which is cooked, leave it to cool to room temperature (less than 40°).
