Network settings is for configuration of network parameters.

Parameters

Description

Network ID

Network ID to identify the software in the network, the

default network ID is iVMS-2000(local host name)

Network

[Network] is enabled by default to allow client software and
IE client connection. If [Network] is disabled, then the client

software or IE client cannot connect to this iVMS-2000 server.

Client Port

The iVMS-2000 server port for client connection, which can
be set between 2000~65534 (default port: 8000)

Maximum

Connections

Maximum camera connection number via network, which can

be set between 5~128 connections (default maximum
connection: 128)

Alarm Server IP

Alarm info will be upload to this alarm server IP

Port

Port number for the alarm server

Synchronize at

Synchronize the time of all the IP cameras according to

iVMS-2000 server. This option is disabled by default, and
users can set the synchronize time at certain hour of a day.

Now

Click [Now] button to synchronize all the IP cameras at once

Enable DDNS

Enable/Disable DDNS

DDNS Protocol

DDNS protocol: DYN DNS / PeanutHull

Domain Name

Domain name registered on DDNS server

Server IP

DDNS server address

Port

DDNS server port

User Name

User name for the DDNS domain name

Password

Password for the DDNS domain name

Note: Users need to click [Save] button after parameter modification to save the
Network configuration, and the modification of some parameters would require
iVMS-2000 software reboot before taking effect.


Note: i

VMS-2000 PC- DVR edition does not support synchronization

functions (“Synchronize at” and “Now” button listed above).
