Grilled carp
(carp, salt, caraway, oil)
Clean the fish, put some salt, oil and caraway on it and allow to stand for a few minutes.
Then place the fish onto the cooking rack. Roast at the temperature and time specified
in the table.
Whole fish roasted in aluminium foil
(fish, salt, lemon, onion, celeriac, carrot, parsley, water, butter or margarine)
Clean the fish and place on a large piece of aluminium foil, put some salt, fill the fish with
sliced onion, a few slices of celeriac, grated carrots and parsley. Pour a few teaspoons wa-
ter and ad a piece of butter or margarine. Pour lemon juice over the whole fish and wrap
with foil carefully. Pour about 2 glasses of water onto the bottom of the appliance. Roast
at temperature of 220° C for about 20 minutes.

Grilled fish fillets
(fillets, salt, oil)
Put some salt and oil on frozen fish fillets. Then place onto the cooking rack. Roast at tem-
perature of 250° C for about 25 minutes.

Pork chops with champignons roasted in aluminium foil
(3 pieces of chop, butter, champignons)
Beat the chops with kitchen hammer, put some salt on them and place on separate pieces
of aluminium foil, add a piece of butter and sliced raw champignons onto each chop and
wrap with foil carefully. Then place onto the cooking rack. Roast at temperature of 220° C
for about 25 minutes.

Hamburger steaks
(minced meat, egg, salt, spices, breadcrumbs- total weight about 300g)
Mix minced meat with remaining ingredients adding some bread crumbs. Form the steaks
and roast them at temperature of 220° C for about 20 minutes.

Meat loaf
(minced meat - pork, beef, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, spices, onion
- total weight about 1000g)
Mix minced meat with egg, cut onion and grated garlic, add some salt and spices as well
some bread crumbs. Form the meat loaf in the shape of the cone and place a piece of alu-
minium foil previously coated with oil. Pour about 50 ml of cold water onto the bottom of
halogen oven and roast at temperature of 200° C for about 50 minutes.
