b. Assembly of rack with steam Plate
1. Remove nuts from threaded ends of Turkey Stabilizer (“V”).
2. Insert threaded ends of Turkey Stabilizer (“V”) through holes in back of rack as per
Figure 1
above.
3. Apply nuts and tighten.
4. Place steam plate on rack as per
Figure 2 below. The prong and Turkey Stabilizer (“V”) provide
support for the steam plate.

The rack supplied with this appliance provides you with a wide array of cooking options. Please read and
understand the following instructions for correct assembly of rack and accessories.
A. Assembly of rack for turkey Frying:
1. Remove nuts from threaded ends of Turkey Stabilizer (“V”).
2. Insert threaded ends of Turkey Stabilizer (“V”) through holes in back of rack as per
Figure 1 below.
3. Apply nuts and tighten.
