NOTES:
1. If at least one gun works, problem is not with control unit PC board. If control unit PC board is bad,
no gun will work.
2. If more than one gun does not work, while others do, there is a high probability that the problem
is the MGS PC board. (chances are low that multiple guns, connections or flow switches would fail at
the same time).

Perform a Control Unit Output Test on
the MGS unit. Was proper reading
obtained?

Turn IGC board toggle switch off. Does
gun work?

Does numbered LED (green light) on
MGS PC board turn on when that number
gun’s trigger is pulled?

Check wiring from airflow switches to
MGS PC board for loose or broken wires.

Replace MGS PC board.

Replace airflow switch.

Problem is with gun or high
voltage cable (See
Spraygun Service Manual).

Check continuity of low
voltage cable. If continuity
is OK, replace high voltage
multiplier.

Replace IGC board.

Repair wiring between MGS
PC board and low voltage
cable sockets.

Repair connection or
replace wire.

Does gun work when its air flow switch
is shorted?

Perform a kV Output Test on the High
Voltage Module. Was proper reading
obtained?
