1. Ensure MGS unit is unplugged from AC outlet
and open cabinet door.

2. Disconnect plugs J1, J2 and J3 from IGC PC
board.

3. Remove 4 mounting scrwes from IGC board
and lift the board out.

4. Insert new IGC board (Ransburg P/N 76611-
00) and secure the 4 mounting screws.

5. Reconnect plugs J1, J2 and J3 to new IGC
board.

6. Close cabinet door, secure and plug MGS unit
back in.

1. Ensure MGS unit is OFF and unplugged from
AC outlet.

2. Remove HV gun cable from High Voltage
Module.

3. Remove Low Voltage Cable from High Voltage
Module.

4. Remove top and bottom cover plates from High
Voltage Module.

5. Unplug connector 1PL from the top of the High
Voltage Multiplier inside the High Voltage
Module.

6. Remove the four screws that mount the High
Voltage Multiplier to the aluminum housing.

7. Slide aluminum housing up and off of High
Voltage Multiplier.

8. Install the aluminum housing on the new High
Voltage Multiplier. (See PARTS IDENTIFI-
CATION section of this manual for ordering
information). Ensure connector 1PL faces
side of housing that is to right of label, before
installing.

9. Plug connector 1PL into the new High Voltage
Multiplier inside the High Voltage Module.

10.Reinstall top and bottom cover plates to High
Voltage Module. Ensure HV connector on top
cover plate is aligned with HV tube of High
Voltage Multiplier.

11. Reinstall Low and High Voltage Cables to High
Voltage Multiplier.

12.Plug the MGS unit back in.

4. Insert new MGS board (see PARTS IDENTIFI-
CATION section of this manual for ordering
information) and secure the eight mounting
screws.

5. Reconnect plugs TB1, TB2, TB3, TB4 and TB5.

6. Close cabinet door, secure screws and plug
MGS unit back in

> For early version of MGS 2000C, it will
be necessary to remove the indepen-
dent gun control board before removing
the MGS PC board.

> Because the High Voltage Multiplier
contains energy storage components that
can cause serious shock injury, it is not
field repairable. Warranty will be voided if
the High Voltage Multiplier seal is broken.
If the High Voltage Multiplier is defective,
contact your authorized ITW Ransburg
representative for exchange or repair.
