Wave Reports

Once a wave is created, you are able to print two reports based upon the
wave data: a wave report and a staged wave report.

The Wave Report lists the wave information found in the Manage
Waves form. Thus, at a glance, you are able to view the wave number,
site, and orders included in the wave. Also, for each order included in
the wave, the report lists the associated picker, order date, due date,
customer information (ID and name), and associated carrier.

The Staged Wave Report lists the picking order details for the picking
orders included in a wave, thus you are able to view the item number
and description, ordered item quantity, actual (prior picked) quantity,
and the staged quantity for the specified picking order(s).

To select and print a wave report, please refer to the instructions that fol-
low:

1.

Open the Manage Waves form and view the picking order data. (For
more information about opening the Manage Waves form and viewing
the picking order data, please refer to

“Using Waves” on page 194

.)

2.

If a wave is created, click the Print button found along the bottom of
the form to print the report;
