includes Site and Transaction Date. Hence, you are able to limit the
data pulled for the report by a specified site and a specified date range.

Select the report criteria from the criteria selections available (the
selections available will vary, depending on the report selected).
If multiple sites are enabled in the System Options form/Features tab,
click the drop-down arrow in the Site field and select the Site from the
list that appears.
In the Item # field, click the drop-down arrow in the From field and
select the beginning item number from the list that appears. Next, click
the drop-down arrow in the To field and select the ending item number
from the list that appears to set an item number range for the report.

To select one item for the report, enter the same item number in the
Item # From and To fields.
•
To include all item numbers in the report, leave the Item # From
and To fields blank.
In the Location field, click the drop-down arrow in the From field and
select the beginning location from the list that appears.Next, click the
drop-down arrow in the To field and select the ending location from the
list that appears to set a location range for the report.

To select one location for the report, enter the same location in the
Location From and To fields.

To include all locations in the report, leave the Location From and
To fields blank.
In the Transaction Date field, click the calendar button in the From
field and select a beginning transaction date from the calendar that
appears. Next click the calendar button in the To field and select an
ending transaction date from the calendar that appears to set a transac-
tion date range for the report.

To select one date for the report, enter the same date in the Transac-
tion Date From and To fields.
•
To include all system dates in the report, leave the Transaction Date
From and To fields blank.
In the Lot field, enter a starting lot number in the From field and an
ending lot number in the To field to set a lot number range for the
report.

To select one lot for the report, enter the same lot in the Lot From
and To fields.
•
To include all lots in the report, leave the Lot From and To fields
blank.
