13. Insert the Lower Linkage(11) into the restrictor
plate that is pre-mounted to the hopper.
14. Insert the other end of the Lower Linkage into the
Linkage Plate Assembly(16).
15. Attach the Upper Frame Assembly(1) and Linkage
Plate Assembly to the lower frame.
WARNING
The lower linkage must be mounted to the linkage
plate assembly before the linkage plate assembly is
bolted to the frame. This minimizes potential dam-
age to the restrictor plate assembly
