Prefix String

By default, the file name of each new captured video
file will be “video” followed by a sequential number. If
you wish to change this prefix to a different arbitrary
text string, select

String in the Prefix Type field and

type the desired characters into the

Prefix String field.

Alternatively, you can choose

Date or Date and Time as

the

Prefix Type.

You can choose for your captured video clips to be
saved in either

3GPP2, or MPEG4 file formats.

By default, sequential numbers are automatically
incorporated into each filename for all new video
files you capture, such as

00000, 00001, 00002, etc. The

number follows the Prefix (explained above). To reset
the numbering to

files, tap
