Problem

Problems in cable and cradle

connection.

Solution

1. Ensure your PPC6600 is turned on.

2. Ensure that you do not have any other

active connections. Tap

or

at the bottom of the

screen >

Disconnect.

3. Ensure the cable is securely plugged

into the COM port on the back of
your PC. Use the cable that came
with the PPC6600 without any extra
cables or extenders attached.

4. Plug the other end of the cable

securely into the correct port on
your PPC6600. If you are using
a cradle, push your PPC6600
securely into the cradle.
