3.7 Maintenance
3.7.1 Device Information
This section contains a summary with various information about this IP console and its current
firmware and allows you to reset the card.
Device Information
The link View the data file for support allows you to download the IP console data file with
specific support information. This is an XML file with certain customized support information like
the serial number, etc. You may send us this information together with a support request. It will
help us to locate and solve your reported problem.
Connected Users displays the IP console’s activity. From left to right the connected user(s), its
IP address (from which host the user comes from) and its activity status is displayed. RC means
that the Remote Console is open. If the Remote Console is opened in exclusive mode the term
(exclusive mode) is added. The last column contains either the term active for an active user or
30 min idle for an user who is inactive for a certain amount of time.
