Changing the Backlight Time Length
The backlight setting lets you select how long an LCD display
screen and phone keypad are backlit after any press is made.
To change the display setting:
1.
Select Menu > Settings > Display > Backlight > Display.
2.
Select 1 minute, 30 seconds, 15 seconds, or 8 seconds, and
press .
To change the keypad setting:
1.
Select Menu > Settings > Display > Backlight > Keypad.
2.
Select Always on, 30 seconds, 15 seconds, 8 seconds, or
Off, and press
.
To activate the Power Save Mode:
1.
Select Menu > Settings > Display > Backlight > Power Save
Mode.
2.
Select On or Off, and press
.
Note:
Long backlight settings affect the battery’s talk and standby
times.
