Task List
This option allows you to manage daily tasks that include
dates, times, and priority levels.
1.
Select Menu > Tools > Planner > Task List.
2.
Select Add New (
). (The phone then deactivates the
Main LCD, switches over, and activates the phone.)
3.
Enter the task name using the
phone’s keypad and press
or
select Next (
).
4.
Select a due time by highlighting
the Due Time field.
5.
Use the keypad to enter the time
the task is due.

AM or PM and

Next (
).
6.
Select a due date by highlighting the Due Date field.

Using the keypad, enter the date the task is due.
7.
Select Done (
) to save the information and return to
the Main LCD to review your information on one screen.
8.
Select a Priority level by highlighting the Priority field.

Press the Navigation Pad left or right to select Low
or High.
9.
Select Done (
) to save and return to the Task list.
Note:
If there are no tasks saved yet, the
No Task Entered
dialog is
displayed, the Phone Display screen is activated and the text
entry screen is immediately displayed.
