Unlocking Your Phone
To unlock your phone:
1. From standby mode, press either , , , or
to access the User Lock dialog.
2. Use the Navigation Pad to enter your lock code and
select Done ( ).
Calling in Lock Mode
You can place calls to 911, Sprint Customer Service, and to
your special numbers when in lock mode. (For information on
special numbers, see “Creating and Using Special Numbers”
on page 111.)
To place an outgoing call in lock mode:

To call an emergency number, special number, or Sprint
Customer Service, enter the phone number and press .
Locking Pic/Video
When your pictures and videos are locked, it prevents anyone
from accessing the Pictures menu without first having to
enter a security code.
Note: Unlocking the phone from the standby mode reset the
security to "unlocked."
