Accessing the Security Menu
All of your phone’s security settings are available through the
Security menu. You must enter your lock code to view the
Security menu. This lock code can also be entered via the
Phone Display screen.
To access the Security menu:
1. Select Menu > Settings > Security.
2. Use the Navigation Pad to enter your lock code and
display the Security menu.
Using the Navigation Pad to enter your Lock Code:
1. Access the User Lock screen.
(The display provides numeric
values 0–9 in a a vertical column.)
2. Use the Navigation Pad to enter
your lock code by scrolling up or
down the left column to select a
number.
3. With the correct number
highlighted, press to accept
the value and continue selecting the next number from
the same left column.
4. Repeat step 3 until the entire lock code value has been
selected.
5. Select Done ( ) to accept the lock code and proceed
to the security menu option.
Tip: If you can't recall your lock code, try using the last four digits
of your wireless phone number. If this doesn't work, call
Sprint Customer Service at 1-888-211-4727.
