Transferencia de datos IEEE 1394
IEEE 1394 Data Transfer
Conexión a un aparato DV
✤ Conexión a otros productos DV estándar.
■
Una conexión estándar DV es muy sencilla.Si el aparato dispone de un puerto
DV, es posible transmitir datos conectando la videocámara al puerto DV del
aparato por medio de un cable apropiado.
!!!
Atención: existen dos tipos de puertos DV (de 4 y 6 patillas).
El terminal de esta videocámara es de 4 patillas.
✤ Con una conexión digital, las señales de vídeo y de audio se transmiten en formato
digital, lo que permite transmitir imágenes de alta calidad.
Conexión a un ordenador
✤ Si desea transmitir datos a un ordenador, deberá instalar en éste una tarjeta
adicional IEEE 1394 (no se suministra con la cámara).
✤ La velocidad de transferencia de las imágenes de vídeo depende de la capacidad
del ordenador.
Notas
■
Al transmitir datos de la videocámara a otro aparato DV, es posible que algunas
operaciones no funcionen.
En tal caso, vuelva a conectar el cable DV o apague y encienda de nuevo el aparato.
■
Cuando se transfieren datos desde la videocámara al ordenador, el botón de función PC
no está disponible en la modalidad M.PLAY.
■
No use simultaneamente PC CAMERA y IEEE1394. En ese caso cerrara IEEE1394.

Grabación con un cable de conexión DV
1.
Ajuste la videocámara en la modalidad PLAYER.
2.
Conecte los puertos de salida/entrada de la videocámara
y del otro aparato mediante un cable
DV (no incluido).
■
Asegúrese de que la señal DV IN aparezca en la
pantalla.
3.
Pulse el botón START/STOP para activar la modalidad
REC PAUSE.
■
Aparecerá la indicación PAUSE en la OSD.
4.
Inicie la reproducción en el otro aparato al tiempo que
sigue las imágenes en el monitor.
5.
Pulse el botón START/STOP (inicio/parada) para
comenzar la grabación.
■
Si desea detener momentáneamente la grabación,
pulse de nuevo el botón START/STOP.
6.
Para detener la grabación, pulse el botón (STOP).
Notas
■
Al utilizar esta cámara como grabador, es posible que las imágenes que aparecen en el
monitor se vean irregulares. No obstante, esto no afecta a las imágenes que se graban.
■
No se garantiza el funcionamiento en todos los entornos informáticos recomendados
que se indican.

Connecting to a DV device
✤ Connecting with other standard products.

A standard DV connection is quite simple.
If a product has a DV port, you can transfer data by connecting to the DV
port using an ieee cable.
!!!
Please be careful since there are two types of DV ports, (4pin, 6pin). This
camcorder has a 4pin terminal.
✤ With a digital connection, video and audio signals are transmitted in digital
format, allowing high quality images to be transferred.
Connecting to a PC
✤ If you want to transmit data to a PC, you must install a IEEE 1394 add-on
card onto the PC. (not supplied)
✤ The frame rate recorded for video capturing is dependent on the capacity of the PC.
Notes
■
When you transmit data from the camcorder to another DV device, some functions
may not work.
If this occurs, please reconnect the DV cable or turn the power OFF and ON again.
■
When you transmit data from the camcorder to PC, PC function button is not
available in M.PLAY mode.
■
Do not use the camcorder and IEEE1394 together as this will cause IEEE1394 to
shut off.

Recording with a DV connection cable
1.
Set the power switch to PLAYER mode.
2.
Connect the DV cable (not supplied) from the DV jack
of the camcorder to the DV jack of the other DV device.
■
Make sure that DV IN appears on the screen.
3.
Press the START/STOP button to begin REC PAUSE
mode.
■
PAUSE is displayed on the OSD.
4.
Start playback on the other DV device while you
monitor the picture.
5.
Press the START/STOP button to start recording.
■
If you want to pause recording momentarily, press the START/STOP button again.
6.
To stop recording, press the
(STOP) button.
Notes
■
When using this camcorder as a recorder, the pictures that appear on a monitor
may seem uneven, however recorded pictures will not be affected.
■
Operation is not guaranteed for all computer environments recommended above.
