Tap water

Dirty water discharged from the washing
unit

Water prepared by the system for reuse in
the vehicle washing system.

When the gravel bed is replaced, the used
filter gravel must be disposed off according
to the local regulations.

Health hazard due to dust and microbial
pollutants. Wear face masks and gloves
while changing the gravel bed.

Danger

Health Hazard - injuries by drinking recy-
cled water. The cleaned waste water is not
suitable for drinking. It still contains some
residual contamination and detergent resi-
due.

Warning

Contact with water with microbial organ-
isms can be a health hazard. If the system
fails, there is a risk of growth of microbial
organisms in the recycled water. Avoid
contact with recycled water.

Switch off the plant, turn the emergency
stop main switch in the electrical switch-
es cabinet to "0".

The system cleans waste water and pro-
vides recycled water to the car washing
units (portal cleaning units, washing
streets, etc.). The recycled water can only
be used for cleaning programmes (for e.g.
preliminary washing, high pressure clean-
ing, brush cleaning). Recycled water is not
suitable for use as rinsing water or for ap-
plying drying aid or some other such pur-
pose.
Cleaning is done by:

Separating heavy parts that easily set-
tle down in the gravel filter.

Destruction of odour by recirculation
and ventilation.

Pre-requisites for smooth functioning: Ba-
sin system according to the water flow dia-
gram shown in the "Function" chapter.

The workplace is located on the system
and is retracted only briefly for starting the
plant and for maintenance jobs.
