The bases of a safe operating of the equip-
ment is thr regularly maintenance accord-
ing to the following maintenance plan.
Use only original parts of the manufacturer
or part suggessted by him, such as
– parts and wearing parts,
– accessories parts,
– operating materials,
– cleaning agents.

During all tasks

First switch-on in voltage-less state,
switch off the emergency stop switch
and secure it against being switched on
again.
 Shut off water supply.
– Operator
Work designated with the sign “Opera-
tor” may only be carried out by persons
who have been instructed in the safe
operation and maintenance on washing
systems with recycling unit.
– Customer Service
Work designated with the sign “Cus-
tomer Service” may only be done by the
fitters of Kärcher Customer Service.
In order to guarantee a reliable operation
og the equipment, we success, you signed
a maintenance agreement. Please refer to
you local Kärcher service department.
Monitoring and regulating equipment
Float switch in the recycled water tank
S7 up Recycled water tank full. Filling process is stopped.
S7 down Recycled water tank is filled.
Delay 120 seconds.
S9 up Switching off the fresh water supply. Indicator lamp "Fresh water supply" lights up yel-
low.
S9 down Switching on the fresh water supply. Indicator lamp "Fresh water supply" lights up yel-
low.
S11 up Dry run protection for washing system not active, no error message.
S11 down Dry run protection for washing system active, error message on the washing system.
Floater switch in the pump basin
S5 top* Pump basin overfilled. Starting the disposal via the recycled water tank into the chan-
nel
S5 bottom* Pump basin is not overfilled, normal system operation.
S14 top Pump basin full (with option salt water exfiltration).
S14 bottom No function / switch point is not used
S15 top Pump basin is not empty, normal system operation.
S15 bottom Pump basin empty, dry run protection of immersion pump active, no filtration, no re-
flushing possible. System runs on fresh water.
