Compensates the exposure when it cannot be achieved at an
appropriate level, such as when the difference in brightness between the
subject and the background is too large.
Tilt the SET button to the left or right to correct the
exposure.
≥ The exposure compensation value is displayed to the left side of the
exposure compensation bar.
≥ The exposure compensation value can be corrected in the range –1.8
to +1.8.
≥ The exposure compensation bar disappears when the SET button is
pressed.
≥ The exposure setting is canceled if any of the following operations are
performed.
j Setting the pointer to n 0
j Setting Playback Mode
j Changing the [SCENE MODE] settings
j Turning off the unit
j Setting Standby Mode
j
Setting Slow Motion Mode
≥ If you register SHORTCUTS function (
) to the SET button, you
can change the EXP COMPENSATION setting from the recording
screen.
