Featherboard Construction
This

featherboard.
Featherboards
should
be
constructed
from
good
quality
wood
that
is
free
of
knots.
Use
featherboards
to
help
keep
the
material
being
cut
in
contact
with
the
table
and
to
help
prevent
kickback.
Do
not
use
featherboards when cutting with the miter gauge.
Squares are 1 inch. Featherboard should be approximately
3 ⁄

inch thick.
