6. Loosen the screw as shown and press the AnyFabric adapter to the rear of the server to disconnect

the AnyFabric adapter from the system board. Then, remove the AnyFabric adapter from the rear of
the server.

Note: Carefully handle the AnyFabric adapter by its edges.

7. If you are instructed to return the old AnyFabric adapter, follow all packaging instructions and use any

packaging materials that are supplied to you for shipping.

8. Reinstall the riser card assemblies. See “Replacing the riser card assembly” on page 135.
