3.3.16 Collect Logs screen
On this screen, you can specify which data is to be collected from the Agent machine.
When you click “Collect Logs”, the screen shown below is displayed.

Item Explanation
-Alert Information-
Specifies the Error Log Information.
-Alert Date- Specifies the date the error occurred.
-Alert Type- Selects the error type.
-Alert Status- Specifies the error status.
[Collect] button Collects the information.
The information collected is saved in the HEW program folder in the
subdirectory Manager\Download\LogConfig.
