3.4.2 Backup Database screen
When you click Backup Database, the screen shown below is displayed.
On this screen, you can execute a backup of a HEW database that has managed the
information on HEW, or create a backup schedule. If you create a backup schedule, the
backup will be executed following the conditions you set. The backup file which is created
during the backup can be downloaded.

Item Explanation
-Backup Database
Schedule-
You can set a schedule of the database backup.
[Never] radio button Select this item if you want not to execute the backup.
[Every Day] radio
button
Select this item if you want to execute the backup every day.
[Once a Week] radio
button
Select this item if you want to execute the backup once a week.
Specify what day of the week it executes in the drop down list
located at the right.
[Once a Month] radio
button
Select this item if you want to execute the backup once a month.
Specify what day of the month it executes in the drop down list
located at the right.
[Set] button Activates the schedule for the database backup.
[Backup] button Executes a backup immediately.
-Backuped Database
File List-
Displays the backup files. Each file name is
DBYYYYMMDD.mdb, where YYYY is the year, MM is the month,
and DD is the day. You can download the file by clicking its link.
[Delete] button Deletes the backup file.
