Configuring SNMP support
To configure for SNMP support proceed as follows;
1. From the Main Menu select ‘network configuration’ and then ‘snmp’.
cli syntax:
set contact
set location 2. Select ‘snmp contact information’ to configure the SNMP sysContact and
sysLocation objects; an example screen is shown below:

delete trap 3. Select ‘edit traps’ to create up to four trap communities; an example screen is
shown below:
SNMP Trap messages generated by the unit will only be broadcast to hosts defined
by SNMP Trap communities.( note that the unit generates no enterprise specific
traps).
