8.5 - Subject to clause 8.3, our maximum aggregate liability under these Terms and Conditions
whether in contract, tort or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount you paid in
respect of the Plan.
Section 9 –
9.1 - The following provisions are added to Section 9: If you are a consumer and you have entered
this Plan through the Apple Store web site or through the phone, you may cancel this Plan within
fourteen days following your purchase of the plan. You will receive full refund. However, if you
have started to use the Plan, you will receive a full refund less the value of any service provided
under the Plan.
9.2 - If you cancel more than 30 days after your receipt of this Plan, you will receive a pro-rata
refund of the Plan’s original purchase price, less a cancellation fee of SFr39.00 or 10 per cent of
the pro-rata amount, whichever is less.
