Word Block Type. These signals indicate an
unexpected or illegal Meta Frame Control
Word Block Type was detected. These
signals can be used to collect the statistic
"RX_Bad_Control_Error" as described in
Table 5-9 of the Interlaken Protocol
Definition rev1.2. A value of 1 indicates an
error in the corresponding lane.
