Joystick
In the joystick mode, the cursor keys
on the RCS 1100 can be used to turn
the TPS1100. The EGL guide light, if
available, is switched on
automatically.
Activates the joystick
mode. Turns telescope slowly to the
right (
left).
Turns telescope rapidly to the
right (
left).
Turns telescope slowly
upwards (
downwards).
Turns telescope rapidly
upwards (
downwards).
To stop the rotary movement, press
any cursor key.
Quits joystick mode and
starts search mode.

The input options are:
• absolute angle values which relate
to the orientation of the TPS1100.
• relative angle values which cause
the TPS1100 to turn away from its
present position by the amount
entered.
Quits the Hz/V mode and
starts the search mode.
Switches between absolute
(ABS) and relative (REL).
