Fax voice guidance
You will hear the following voice guidance if this feature is set to on.
Fax transmission start:
Start transmission.
Fax transmission resuit:
Transmission is complete.
Transmission has failed
Transmission has been interrupted.
Fax reception start:
Start reception.
Fax reception resuit:
Reception is complete.
Reception has failed.
Reception has been interrupted.
If friendly reception (p. 74) is activated, one of the following messages will also be heard.
Please hang up the handset for
reception.
Start reception.
You can change this setting. The following choices are available.
ON:
The fax voice guidance will be heard at each transaction (pre-recorded setting).
OFF:
The fax voice guidance will not be heard.
ERROR; The fax voice guidance will be heard only when fax transmission/reception fails.
