Setting Program Keys

Your machine has Four Special Program Keys. These keys are useful if
you frequently need to send or poll the same group of numbers. You can

use these keys to store a sequence of stations to be polled, a deferred

transmission or polling sequence, or Group Dialing.

In addition to above mentioned functions, these keys are also able to be
used for one of the One-Touch keys.

To set a number or a group of numbers in a Program key, follow the

procedure below.

following five modes.

• Deferred Transmission
• Polling
• Deferred Polling
• Group Diailing

1. PROG means Programmed Com­
