What to Do When Your Telephone Rings
If your machine is set for manual reception and the phone rings,

Lift the receiver. #
If you hear a beep ••• beep beep sound, it means someone wants to
send a fax. Or,if the caller answers and says he/she wants to send a fax,
then —
(Make sure no document is on the ADF.)
Hang up the receiver.
