training and after training in the time mode. When showing the heart rate
percentage, the outer rim arrows are only visible during training. Use the
digits on the rim of the device to interpret outer rim arrows. The digits
represent hours (for recovery time) or percentage (for heart rate % and for
training completion).

Row 1 displays training information in the middle of the screen.

Row 2 displays training information at the bottom of the screen.

NOTE: Remember to connect Suunto Quest to your Movescount.com account

every time you transfer your training data, or would like to transfer changes made
in Suunto Quest settings to the device.

NOTE: Recovery time and heart rate percentage will only be displayed when

training with a heart rate belt. Training completion will only be shown if you take
a training program into use.

NOTE: Some information, for example the interval timer, lap time, and heart

rate zone can only be shown in row 2.

You can create up to 5 custom modes to your Suunto Quest, name them, and
define up to 5 views for each mode. You can also define whether Suunto Quest
should connect to a heart rate belt or POD, as well as the autolap distance per
POD.

TIP: By selecting the stopwatch to row 2 and leaving row 1 empty, the

stopwatch will be displayed in large digits on the display.
